All Staff need to know this information, since it's prior to what we are doing now. Please follow or there may be consequences.Frequently Asked and Answered QuestionsWhen will the site be up?- Not for a while. Also, beta testing will be open only to current mods so it'll be a long-ish while. So please, DO NOT ASK THIS QUESTION ANYMORE.
Why is proper grammar and spelling needed?- We'd like our staff to show we take our commitment to the site seriously as well as know what they're saying so everyone can better understand what is being said rather than reading mis-used grammar, spelling, or text talk which may bug people or confuse others.
Why must I state the country I live in?- As being a global monitor, knowing the time zone you live in helps keep everyone on track with all the different time zones among us all and get a better understanding where our members are found and to understand the limited time we can all meet to discuss site matters.
Why is being commited to the site highly needed?- We want people who will actually help out with the site and actually have the time to take part in looking after members and activities on our site. As obviously said we need people who are active rather than not active nor non-helpful.
Do we have to fill the form out completely?- Please do so, it's what helps give us information on why you want to be apart of the team of staff members and so we are given an idea if you will be of good use on the site.
Do we have to fill a form out?- Yes. It's important since each form is for a specific staff member and what's required for us to know about you becoming a staff member. If you don't fill a form out, you would not be given a position if that is what your asking.
Why must I send my form as a PM to Gryffindor?- Well it's easier that way since PMs are responded to quicker but you may post your forms here on the forum so as a group us staff members can all decide on good candidates of future staff members together. Better to go over twice you know~ You may send your forms to either me or Gryff, as we both go over the forms and make a decision.
Why do we have to be active?- This is one of the musts at this time. There is too much inactivity and everyone needs to be doing some sort of work for the site, even if it's contributing ideas for species and designs. As long as you show your active and helpful, there shouldn't be a problem.
What if I'm planning on taking a few days off/being inactive for a bit?- You should inform either Gryff or me(Lerumei) that you will not be on and state for how long. If something happens without your regards, it's because we were not informed why you gone nor for how long and updated information may or may not be given.. So make sure we know if you'll be off on break or take the consequences.
What can we talk about on the thread?- As of now, it is only for our site purpose including what news we have to say and any questions about SE. Along with what you have to say on your part of helping the site and sharing opinions. There is to be NO SPAMMING on the thread. We have already been warned so please don't do that. If you want, you guys may talk to me through PM or even ask me to open up a join.me session for random talk along with possibly watch me draw.
Can I become (insert rank here)?- No, this is not important nor does it change any work that still has to be done. You are all of equal rank. The only above ranks are Admin Assistants, the Coder, and the Site Owner themselves. Also as stated, Gryff is not accepting anymore Admin Assistants, stop asking about them, it's becoming quite annoying. Ranks don't change a thing until the site is up so don't bother asking, you've been warned.
Are you accepting any more staff?- Yes, we are, I guess you can say a bit short on staff active wise. We can use some color artists for when the site is up and running.
Can I draw/color adoptable for SE?- I'm going to be strict about this. Only artists may do so if approved by me. It doesn't matter if your a mod, you should still send me an artist form so I know of what your capable of. I'm not accepting just any artist, I want to know they're capable of using good anatomy, coloring skills, and what they've done themselves as to being an artist. There are many requirements that I require to become and artist so if you have any questions about this, ask me, but before asking to color/draw, send me a form.

THERE IS A NEW STAFF POLICY THAT WE ARE ALL TO FOLLOW, SO YOU MUST READ THIS.From now on, if you are not active within 5 days without notice, you may be automatically fired from SE staff.
As long as you state you'd be on hiatus along with how long you'll be gone, you should be safe but please make sure to report back in that if you might be taking longer break.
If you don't report back in on the day you are to return, you will be given a strike.
If you constantly do so, you will be immediately fired from staff and may not be allowed to re-join the staff team.
Same goes if you bother our coder of anything regarding site coding or help with coding, we have had huge issues with this, and this can get you immediately fired.
Also, do NOT ask to be promoted, it's Gryff's decision and a better way to being promoted would be to stop asking wouldn't it?
So don't do so, if you repeatedly ask for a promotion, you'll be given a strike.
Make sure you follow this small policy as of now or consequences will be taken into full action.
