For MS Paint, you can save it and then post it on Imgur.
Then you take the link it gives you, post it on here in "[img]" and you've posted it!

Thats fine, just search up something on google or Safari if your on mobile and there should be other ways to post it.
And I post images from my phone sometimes on Imgur, you don't need to download it..
