I finally caught a Holly and it's a gorgeous lineage <3 If it genders female, I could continue it, too...! But I only have male pinks so we're lettin' fate decide!

hey can anyone help me with the event?

i'm stuck at the part where you have to catch the reindeer but i'm blocked by a pile of snow
everytime i press enter/space it says "you dig your way through the snowdrift" but then i'm unable to move and then i have to refresh, but i have no idea on what to do.
