The black Sweetling is an Alt. It was giving out specially due to a glitch. Apperentally for the last couple for Valentine's people have been able to breed alts but this is a glitch and may have/will be fixed. Either way you can't get any Sweetling till next Valentine's when they're able to breed. Here's some more information for you. http://dragcave.wikia.com/wiki/Sweetlings

You can't get the Alt Sweetlings anymore, since they were released when Sweetlings that users had disappeared, so it was like an apology gift to those whom it happened too.
