I am so sorry about last night.

I am crying.

I am trying to put in a plan, get tasks, but its hard to to with out access to the discord and while I'm on mobile. Thanks for the input, and know this: I love you all (in a friend way.) I have nothing against anyone here. Thanks for helping sgare your opinions.

Look- if it's too stressful, stop the production and take a break. Try and get an independent mod to handle it while you are away; don't put too much stress on yourself! Calm down, we'll all be rooting for you C:

Yeah, sometimes even an hour to cool down- listen to music, write in a journal, sketch- goes a long way. Stepping back and relaxing helps a lot, and if you are getting stressed, you shouldn't hesitate to do that. Find an escape, something that helps you cool down, and do it! We don't want you to risk your mental/physical health over this. I will always be here, for sure if you need to talk! <3

A break is great for people, especially if it's for a person as stressed as you. If the earliest expected release date is 2020, don't stress about getting everything done. You still have two and a half years, probably even more. Take a break! Even if it's for a week, at the pace we're going we would probably have the website easily ready by 2019.

I apologize for last night.
We are aware that we are in need of change, but how can we do this? Night and I need a new plan, and you guys agreed. What should we do though?
If Night is taking a break, which is fine, I can take over while she's away. Right now, we need a new plan with what we're going to do first, such as focus on the mascots first, or our logo, etc.
We want to make this website successful. We need you guys' help!

Maybe we could set a specific list of goals, and tackle it along in the order it was set? And possibly not have so many people on staff? We don't need almost 15 people right now, especially when Starlight City is just a little bit more than an idea. Recruiting more staff when the website is about to be put up--or when it is up--would be a wiser choice in my opinion.

There could be, say, five artists and three-to-five moderators(we don't need a lot of moderators as there's really nothing to moderate). The mods chosen could help set up the rules and the basic 'jist' of the website--possibly help draw lineart and a first batch of pets if they're artistically skilled--and when the website is about to go up you could recruit maybe ten-to-fifteen moderators and maybe ten artists?
