If I may put in my two cents, KitKaat and Nightsong, I feel that implementing a better plan would help us progress faster and (hopefully) make this a less stressful experience for everyone involved. I think assigning people more specific tasks, and possibly deadlines if necessary, would be a good place to start. Applying this to artist especially would be helpful so people can see who's drawing what and communicate accordingly. We have a decently sized team, so having an easy way to keep track of what everyone is doing would be a great help.
I also have to agree with HaileyM. Nightsong, I understand that this is a lot of stress, and you have every right to be frustrated, but you can't expect your staff to respect you if you keep letting your emotions out on them. I think it would benefit the project a great deal if you learned to express your feelings in a more professional manner.
Thank you for taking people's concerns into consideration. I mean no offense here, I just want to see the project grow to its fullest potential.
