Hello everyone of the WillowTea team and others, I decided, despite this seeming like a fun idea, and you all being nice, that it all isnt really for me. I just don't think me and my lifestyle can keep up with this, i end up having to check my phone every 5 minutes and its just a bit too hectic for my taste. Not to mention I have a lot of art commissions and requests i'm behind on and I just don't have the time to spend helping all of you. Thank you for being willing to let me in, i'm sorry i have to leave. If anyone needs me for anything (although i doubt it, you all seem like you can easily manage without me) my PMs will always be open although i may not respond very fast. Thanks again for giving me the opportunity but, i just dont think im what you guys need, and i dont think i can be. I'm putting this on all the willow tea related forums so you can take my username off the lists you guys have.

i'll be leaving too, but i'm keeping the reasons to myself. i will be telling sky and cherry why though.

To be honest i wish i didn't have to leave but, besides me not having the time and struggling to keep up, there are a lot of members here and i just find it hard to figure out what my job even is, one second im sketching out ideas the next there's a contest for something and it just kinda adds to my stress levels a bit having to figure out what i even do anymore, i signed up to be an artist, so i drew, and now there's so many different artists and art ideas that i dont even know what the point is in me struggling to stay and figure out my purpose here when there's already tons more people here and even in line who could probably keep up a lot better than me. Im a pretty simple person, someone tells me what to do and i do it, but here its all up in the air and im kind of left on my own to guess what i have to do.

I agree. It's very spammy and just soooo much, and I don't think everyone really knows exactly what to do. I want to start some concept sketches but I have no clue which ones to do them for or anything.

guys, please keep all non-art related chat on the fanclub, or over pm. this makes it extremely hard for everyone to see what's important, and it adds to the risk of getting this locked.


the linearts we are doing for monthly adopts are:

dogs, wolves, cats, bunnies, birds, lions, and bears.


is that okay with everyone? i was planning on having the "exotic" species as npcs for events, or minigames.

We have a discord for a reason, and it's for non-related WT discussion. And PMs to take private non-topic relates concepts to others. I think we should keep spam posts and other non related posts down, so then people don't get overwhelmed by the number of pages that had passed when they wake up/get back from somewhere.

I agree with you mochi.! And to all the artists questioning about leaving the tea community, the website hasn't even been released! There's no rush, take a deep breath, and relax. There's no need to catch up on every single post on all the threads, every 5 minutes. If there's a big announcement, It'd be on the front post, or restated/quoted often. Current objective, that I know of, is to establish head artist, and to try out, you must make banner art of, or draw Willow or Chai. Let's hold off on the line arts till we've gotten our places? Then when we got it, feel free to churn out proposals and concept sketches ^_^

The poll isnt up. Instead, you design and submit a banner of Willow, Chia, or both, and then I *think* they get voted on? Not sure how the deciding process will work.

(I am temporarily closing the WillowTea threads until further notice due to personal issues. I will let you know if/when they reopen by a second post. I have too much stress in my life to jandle at the moment to now deal with a bunch of forms too. Sorry for any inconvenience. You may still discuss on the Discord, and other things like the fanclub, but this one is closed since it discusses ideas for the website in its future.
