Hello, and welcome! ^^

A good way to start familiarizing yourself with DragCave would be reading through the entire front page of this topic (I know it's long, but there's a ton of helpful information there), and browsing through the DragCave Wiki. I would suggest getting to know the different dragon breeds (the "Which Egg is Which?" page on the DragCave Wiki is extremely helpful when you want to identify an egg). If you're having troubles keeping your eggs alive, try putting them in click sites. In general, don't use more than one or two, though, or else the eggs might sicken and die.

There are so many fun aspects to the site, from the monthly releases of new breeds, to the holiday events, to catching dragons in the cave and in the abandoned page, that I find it hard to choose my favorite one. I think, though, that it has to be lineages. (Skyure wrote an awesome guide to lineages here.) I especially like creating song lineages like "My Lullaby" from The Lion King and "Galadriel's Song of Eldamar" from The Lord of the Rings. But that's just me. Take some time to explore the site and figure out what you like best. c:
