Can I just vent for a quick second? Okay, cool.
So, with this new "phantom invasion" update in Play Wild, you're able to battle phantoms to get prizes, right? Well, in order to battle the phantoms, you have to click the icon above their heads several times, until it's defeated. This would be fine, except for the fact that people's chat bubbles pop up above these icons. That's annoying enough in itself, but then add on top of that the fact that the game invite bubbles also pop up over them. I've noticed that there are certain people who will put up a game invite and strategically place themselves so that their chat bubble is over the icon, which forces people to accidentally click on it, thus taking them away from the battle and into an unwanted game. Please, don't be one of these people. It's incredibly annoying and rude. I can't tell you how many times I've been just trying to battle a phantom, and some random comes along with a game invite right as I'm trying to click.

Yes, yes, breaking my own "no double-posting" rule. But this thread seems to have died down a lot lately so I figured it needed a bump.

I'm surprised no one has posted lately, especially with the new Alpha rarity items added to AJPW. Has anyone managed to get any? I was lucky enough to get a black DNA vial in one of my expeditions, and then I bought another one from someone else. The pets that come from them have been getting....pretty mixed reviews. I personally think they're cute, but I can see why some people wouldn't agree.

Also, just a small personal victory of mine, I finally managed to get an Enigma Spiked Collar in Classic! I know it's just a Diamond Shop spike, but I wasn't really active on Classic when it came out, so I missed it. I think it looks really cool!

I used to wonder why people would target a game like AJ for hacking, but now the reason kind of just slapped me in the face. Of course there's always just the fact that it is (or was) easy to breach, so "hackers in training" used it for practice, and of course there's the people who like to troll kids on the internet just because they can. But the biggest reason is simple; WildWorks is a pretty scummy company behind the scenes. Sure, they try to keep up a front that makes them seem like a good company that cares about its player base, but all the things I've seen in the past few weeks speak to the contrary. Clark Stacey basically outed himself as a money-hungry cryptobro, and all of the Glassdoor reviews from people who actually work or have worked for WildWorks paint a pretty bleak picture.
TL;DR, AJ gets hacked because people are trying to make WildWorks pay attention to all the bad things they've done.
