i really feel like i need to have a break from this game, two horrible things happened on playwild in one week. first someone traded me just to say my masterpieces in my den were trash and that i should never draw again (who does that?). then about half an hour ago someone scammed my first dna vial i got by adding extra "gifts" to the trade so it would go to two pages, but i didn't realise that they removed the pet they were offering before i accepted. seriously, how can these people sleep at night? i feel bad for days when i forget to say thank you to someone and these people are just out here doing this stuff and getting on with their lives like nothing happened. i love this game, it's so fun, but the community is horrible. i need a break just for my mental health. sorry for venting, just wanted to get this off my chest since i'm going through a lot right now in real life, and i play these games to escape and then this crap happens. ;-;

It happens on PC AJ too. No idea why. For me, it usually happens right before my game crashes, but sometimes it'll just randomly start for no discernable reason.

i think it's called coil whine, it happens on my pc sometimes too.

I'm familiar with coil whining, I don't think this is it. At least for me, it only happens when I'm playing AJPW, no other game. And it always stops after I close the game. Besides that, coil whining only really happens in PCs or laptops, not in phones. Since ƎNA says it even happens to them on their phone, it's probably an issue with the game itself.

ah okay, fair enough. i get a ringing noise when i play animal jam on my pc after a while, and then get the same noise on my phone too when playing it. i'm not sure what that noise is, the only thing that came up when i searched online was coil whine, but then again i don't know about the internals of computers very well.

It involves choosing a shop on Animal Jam, imagining what kind of animal its shopkeeper would be, drawing them, and describing their personality.

There will be three winners and a handful of decently rare/uncommon nonmember item prizes for each one! You'll be able to choose between AJPW and AJC items as prizes–

AJC PRIZES:

1st place - The artist of the character who gets the most votes will win: 1 Green Gecko Plushie, 1 Elephant Shoji Screen (black wolf variant), 1 Globe, and 1 Rectangular Coffee Table (green variant)

2nd place - The artist of the character who gets the second most votes will win: 1 Rare Tiara (black and red variant), 1 Rare Guitar Rug (yellow and green variant), 1 Basic Healing Staff (yellow and green variant), 1 Wood Lawn Chair

3rd place - The artist of the character who gets the third most votes will win: 1 Rack of Clothing (variant with silver wings), 1 Rare Fall Butterfly Wings, 1 Worn Blanket (dusty blue variant), 1 Tiger Plushie (rare-ish variant with sunglasses/necklace)

im pretty bummed because the account ive had since i was like 12 is probably gone, because my parent enail account is permanently locked and i forgot the password, and since it had a solid (which I know 8snt much these days), im just a lil sad; im probably just gonna start a new account and buy membership though lol
