All of the eggs are in the cave. Just click cave and then click on 'take one of those' or Jungle, Forest, etc.

Yeah there's a new species drop right now so the only biomes with eggs are Desert, Jungle, and Forest and they stock every 5 minutes

try every five min on the 5 or 0. There is a release so the biome are being drained quickly of the eggs.
