Tinsels are prize dragons that was released last Christmas Holiday for those
who win the event of Tree Decorating contest. There is 3 color of tinsel, gold, silver and bronze.

@WWM: I thought the 3rd gen vine you have is a sibling to a vine I have.
They have the same lineage, normal vine then alt then alt xD
