ehh idk much about the COVID scammers really. but maybe this might be an example?
yesterday someone came to my den when i was trading in aldan. their user was ncov9 (a nm green rabbit)
they said something about give me your list or i will infect your whole family. Which is REALLY ridiculous and i doubt anyone would fall for that

I'm always on and off with AJ. I had a good experience with the community today, so I'd give it a chance and see if you vibe with it. c: I also agree with how ridiculous the rares systems get. I'm a collector though, so most of the times it doesn't matter! I just don't understand how the AJ economy works haha

The only recent thing that wacked my brain is the rarity boost of party and hds
3 weeks ago i traded my orange party away for a good long and now it's black long. same with rim hd, it has reached the peak of its worth now (3 pure solids, dang that's alot)

im not here to trade, im here to pipe in something i did today

i started an animal jam raccoon group.
i gathered some of my buddies and told them to dress like me, (black, grey and light grey) and put on a pirate sword and fedora
then when we went into jamaa township i would scream 'RACCS ASSEMBLE' and they would pop in one by one and do the ninja emote.
some people were confused and its just a fun thing to do when your bored. We called ourselves trash pandas XD

It's not widely known and I don't know a whole lot about it so this is completely based off of what I've seen.

COVID-19 Scammers are people who make others pity them; such as saying, "my grandfather died from it" "my sibling has it" "I'm scared of it" etc. While these statements may be true (I'm not accusing everyone of lying), the fakers are those who will ask for rares, db/cbs, spikes and more. It's another part of the whole "Pity Scammer" type. The other type of COVID scammer was the "infect the whole family", and it's common for scammers to use fear to get rares too. (for younger players especially)

Personally I'm interested in scammer tatics and learning how to avoid them/teaching others how to. I could list off scams if people wanted me to.

I myself am also interested in different scams. I'd like to avoid all of them, and even teach my younger siblings about them so they don't get scammed themselves. If it's not too much work, do you mind sharing which scams you know, etc.?

I was in Jamaa Township just now and there was a jammer by the username of "Wretcheds" and his member nametag was switching colors, so I clicked on his tag and opened his trade list thinking that it was just someone impersonating WretchedJungle and I automatically got logged out. I saw this guy a few days before this happened along with some other spares/accounts raiding lands in Aldan. I disabled my account and changed my password already, does anyone know anything else I can do to ensure that my account is safe? I am very worried and please leave immediately if you see this jammer. Has anyone else encountered this person?
