What are some of your skills? I am friendly, I have a fairly good idea on what to ban and what not to ban, I'll happily be involved in the site. So you won't catch me stalking too much B)
Why do you want this job? I love to make friends, I'm one of the most friendliest friends you can get. I love being a moderator. It makes me feel a bit loved to be so honoured in having that position. I'm good at putting things in a calm way, I'm not short and rude like some members who get such jobs. You can almost bet I'll have a billion contributions to tell you about the site, its another thing I love to do, make my part in something.

Why do you want this job? I would like some more experience and I love working with animals, even if they are virtual.

Experience: I've been a moderator on three different adoptable sites before. Two of them didn't work out, as the members were rude and it wasn't the atmosphere I was looking for. I'm currently still a Mod at the third one. It's a site called Ekos. You can view it at http://www.ekosmasks.com. But right now it's under construction, so the preforum is open again.
What age range are you in? 11 - 15
How often are you online and available? I'm online practically 4-8 hours a day. In chunks, or all at once. Depending on the day of the week, if it's Summer break, etc...
What are some of your skills? My goal is to make members feel safe, protected, and in very good hands. I want users to be able to be themselves without being judged. I want to make the site a better place. A safer place. A comfortable place.
I'm strict, but very fair. Strict as in, 'even if your my friend, when you brake the rules, you BRAKE the RULES' I don't pick favorites. Fair, as in 'if you didn't do it, your not going to punished', 'if your guilty, you WILL be punished'. I'm very friendly, sweet, passionate about my position, and love to help out.
Skills I have include communication skills and people skills. I've been told by my friends online that I have a very distinct way of talking to users. I make them feel... 'good'. I make them feel appreciated, and equal. I never leave anyone out, and I'm often complimented on my personality and the fact that I can be fun, but at the end of the day I am a Mod. My position is very important, and thankfully, they accept that.
Why do you want this job? I'd love to be a Moderator. I have a passion for computers, technology, and helping communities. In fact, I've been apart of two other preforums for new sites, and I adore it. Using a preforum before the site is up is a perfect way to bond members and form a tight knit community.
Anyway, I'm a very mature female who loves to help out in any way shape or form. I become DEVOTED to the sites I 'work for', although I don't consider it work. I consider it a position. A position in which I'm helping to make the site thrive.

Experience:
I have experience modding with multiple Roleplay sites. And not just RP Sites aimed towards younger kids. I've modded for RPs with older teens and sometimes adults. Most were short lived, a few months usually. The longest I've modded for a site was 2 years. It had quite a large community and I loved helping there. Unfortunately that site is no longer around due to an argument between the two creators of the site. I'm afraid my experiences are limited to Rp-Sites. But they have given me quite a lot of insight when it comes to modding. It's never occurred to me to apply for a Moderator position on an adoptables site.

How often are you online and available?
24/7 Since it's the summer. I'll have that kind of availability during holidays as well, even Christmas. I can be online early in mornings and I stay up late most of the time. When it gets around to August I'll have less time. But I'll usually be active around the evenings, and I'll definitely be on during the weekends.

What are some of your skills?
The way I see it, a Moderator's job is to make the site's community a enjoyable and safe place for all users. I believe I can help achieve that state for a site. I have the patience and rationality to explain things clearly without causing problems. I'm bilingual and I'm currently learning a third language. I'm also a big 'people person'. I'm fascinated by people and I love being around them. I love to help people and make them feel good. But like any good Mod, I can be strict and get a message through. I'm very dedicated so I can guarantee that I'd never let you guys down.


Why do you want this job?
I'd love to be apart of a community with a position where I can help members more than I could as a regular user. I'd be extremely happy to be able to communicate with the Artists and other mods and help keep the site's community entertained and enjoyable. So I guess the main reason I want this job is because I love helping and I really enjoy modding.

Experience: I was the admin on TP.... before I decided to quit (I half regret) I am not sure how active any of the staff is anymore.... but here is the link.... I do have a small experience in resolving conflict.... (Conflict Resolution) But not a major amount.....

Availability: I get on CS 6 days a week for at least 2 hours but I can go off and on for up to 4 hourse total each day..... I would be able to do the same with this site

Skills: I am a "Take Charge" person (Taking charge in a nice way though)... I love working with other people..... and I would love to work with both of you! Skills.... well I enjoy helping people.... I have a tiny experience in resolving conflict as I said before..... and I am an overall friendly person

Why do I want this Job: I have had experience with you two.... and it was an amazing experience.... I enjoyed talking to GuardiansWish.... and Crystaline... I never got a chance to talk to you... but I can tell you are very friendly.... I know I can really help this site.... Not that it is not in good hands... because you two are both very wonderful at leadership..... I would really enjoy helping out as my site was not doing as well as I planned... and I half regret leaving it as stated prior in the application.... I really hope that I will be considered.... but if not... I understand... and you will see me on your site as a regular user trying to help
