Best bet is to keep it fogged for 24 hours.

If hatchie has enough click and 4 days 2 hours till adulthood... when I fog him, will he reach adulthood when fogged or after unfogging?

Wont grow while fogged, but if he has enough views he'll grow immediately upon unfogging. =)
