Hey all :3 Yet another newbie here. I was just wondering- is there a point to feeding? I know dragons cannot die, therefore I was wondering if there's another reason people feed. And also, is there a way to preview what certain genes would look like on a certain dragon/color combo.

But anyways. I am a member of the Arcane Flight. I chose Arcane because I've always been interested in magic-y stuff. XD

There are many points and benefits to feeding. If your dragons are fed every day and the energy bar does not leave the 'green' area you get a diamond a day plus some treasure. But you must feed them consecutively for three days in order to begin to get the bonus. You have to continue feeding them if you wish to keep this privelage. (I've gotten 100+ diamonds just by doing this) Plus, if you want to battle feeding them 'heals' them, so to say. I also like seeing the feeding bar full, 'cause why not? I know a link for color predictions right here : http://trollslum.net/fr/?id=10,4,21,22,21,12,1. (hope it works). You can preview items in the store for certain dragon types, but I lack the knowledge on the preview for genes :3 Just look in the Auction house. I hope this helps, from a Nature Flight member :3

I just use the search function and hope there's a dragon that is similar or the same as what I'm looking to see. I use it to see how hatchlings will look grown up too.

That is my random dragon. Doesn't he just make your eyes burn?

His tert is nice and neutral, so an underbelly might look good.
He's not a bad dragon at all! His wings match his eyes and would make a very gorgeous spiral or other "eye popping" breed That is some nice luck!

Everyone has been so friendly and kind, I already have 4 dragons and I only joined yesterday!
The most treasure I've ever had is probably what I have now, which is 1,400t
I have trouble playing the games sometimes, and I'm still trying to figure out the trading and jazz.
Overall, it is tons of fun and I anticipate this won't be good for my fall semester grades.

So far I'm enjoying FR, but it looks like it'll be quite a while before I can afford anything XD
EDIT: Does food spoil? I have some food items from gathering but I don't want to turn it into stores if it'll rot.
