I agree they look better with long or curly tails. And we have had alot of them be stubby tails,including previous pups. (valentine pps). =/ And I don't see what is so halloweenish about the red dogs,they look like fruit punch or something.XD

I actually made them a while ago, Tess just decided to put them up for Halloween. When they grow you'll see why.

As for the bobtail thing... Get over it, we don't have to make pets, and I made them bobtails because I love how they look, especially on pups. Plus, we don't have enough bobtails around in my mind. It is kind of interesting that we ended up using so many bobtailed designs this month, though XD

To me, Bobtails are incomplete, and not nearly as cute or pretty as the other two linearts. That's why. Its nice that you like them, you are entitled to your opinion just as we are. You don't have to understand why we don't like them, just as we dont have to understand why you like them.

No, blood is dark and only gets darker and less red with age. These are light and look more like... jelly. Or fruit juice. Pretty, but not bloody :3

We don't have to understand why you don't like them, but you don't HAVE to gripe about it. If you have negative opinions, be nice or keep them to yourselves. Griping is not going to change the fact that the pets are bobtails.

Also, only about 20% of the pet designs are bobtail.

Let's not talk technically about colours, for goodness sakes. Sheesh, next thing I know people will be complaining that the sundog sun isn't REALLY yellow, it's light yellow/white/orange.

Edit: Also, a bobtail is a naturally occurring tail style. You try telling a lynx that its tail is incomplete and ugly.

Yeah, they're really cool. I don't see what the big deal is. If you don't like the pet, trade it! Also there are plenty of sufficiently awesome dog breeds with short tails out there. This place would be boring if the artists only ever used one lineart for everything.

Yay the puppy has grown, it is so cute!!! I actully like how it has a bobtail, can't wait to see the larger version.
