The trade boards will be pretty kind. I started last Christmas, and people are super helpful here. You will run into some bad advice, but for the most part, people here are awesome!

So I've heard that lag is pretty bad on the 18th... Would it pay off to wait for later in the day to adopt the re-releases, or is it better to bear said lag and adopt at rollover as I normally do?

I advise not to go on rollover, that is prime lag hour, it's also peak for people making new accs
