If I remember correctly, I think it leaves you with a little message at the bottom of the screen that says you've reached the maximum amount of banners you can find.

Why is there a banner limit anyhow? I thought last year we were only limited on the amounts of candy we could get?

And the banner just gave me the green one. Not sure what you guys are calling it this year.

Quite pleased... as I almost never get the pets from the banners. xD Last year I had to trade for all of them except one.

Okay, that would make sense. For some reason is all I could think was when I reach my limit that there's going to be a banner following me around. Stickin it's tongue out goin 'I got a dog but you can't click me no more!' I'm crazy...

Nope, there's always a limit to the number of banners you can find. Always has been as far back as I can remember so at least back to Halloween of '09.

The limit is usually around 200. But last Halloween we had an extension because they released 2 costumes into the banners on the last few days of the hunt.
