I managed to pull the new UR dragon and I got several trades for it practically the second I mentioned it lol. I’ve been advised to wait for the hype to die down before trading but at the same time since it sounds like it’s fairly common (for a UR) I don’t know if the value will end up going down or not once it settles down.

New UR box thing and ER rabbit (not sure about the bunny’s true date)
UR rainbow dog and ER 2009 horse (forgot what that lineart is called)
Purple toxic and an OMGSR rat (also unsure of rat’s true date). This person is also offering to put a big dent in my wishlist and add 1000 other assorted pets, and since my unrealistic end goal is a full collection with the exception of store pets and URs that’s honestly tempting.

UR rainbow dog is also super cute even if it’s not part of my end goal collection, and I have absolutely no idea what UR food pets end up being worth generally.

UR value doesn't tend to go down since its considered a special release(as far as my knowledge goes) if you still wish to trade it then I would wait for the hype to go down or trade for a pet of equal value such as the UR rainbow dog, but if it were me I'd be keeping that dragon. Congrats on getting the UR dragon!
