Banners can show up on just about any page, and they're always at the page bottom.

Sometimes it does take quite a while before a banner shows up on your page, but you can cut down the time it takes very easily c:

Instead of hunting all across the site, you can just check the same site over and over.
The fastest way is to pick a really short page, so that you have to scroll as little as possible (or not at all) to check if the banner is there.
Personally I just load this page again and again by clicking the "find a partner" link - it's short and loads quickly.
