I know it's a below gap list, but how much is it worth really? Rats aren't in high demand I know, but I've never traded a list pet before.

Rats can indeed be tough to trade off, but it really comes down to who you are trading with. There are people on CS who really do like the rats and collect or hoard them, and who are perfectly willing to trade their fair price for them.
You might also be able to get decent off-list offers on them; I only recently saw someone who turned one of their speckled rats into a trade-down for a huge amount of uncommons/rares.
They may also sell for C$, if that's something you are interested in.

With pets that are typically considered "low demand", trading can take more patience, but just as it is possible to find people who trade high demand pets for their actual value, you can find people who will pay fairly for low demand pets.
So whether you'd trade it for a September List (which seems to be the type of underpay they typically go for), or another low Main list, ultimately depends a lot on how willing you are to invest time in searching for the right offers.

How much is the UR Fox worth? I saw some went for the UR butterfly wolf, some saying that it will go for 2 nons, what are your opinions? Also, do opinions usually differ greatly from thr final positions of the pets on the rares list? Or do the rares list depend largely on these?

Lions are a well-liked species, too, so they're generally easy to trade^^
(Additionally, 3-4 2009 rares such as this one together would be worth a T1 Advent List pet.)
