Does anyone know how long the journal page has been released for now? And about how hard is it to obtain from the banner?

I'm pretty sure the journal pages just started dropping today in the banner. So they might be a little more difficult to obtain.

i think it was released the night before last!! the first post mentioning it is from the 18th
it seems to be fairly difficult to get, but it'll probably be more and more common as the event goes on

personally ive found 100+ tokens and haven't gotten any pages yet if that helps at all w determining the rarity dhsgsgsh
