Are some token pets more rare than others from the same litter? It was difficult to get the summer coated bison, I finally got one after 18 (!) of the other bisons.

Sometimes this is the case, yes! Other times it may just be that you got unlucky. However, there's no way to know for sure until rarities are released (which will likely occur in the weeks following the event's end date).

Anyone already knows which are the rarer pets? I missed almost all of the events and don't have any idea which pets are rarer than others. I don't want to be "scammed" or scam others unknowingly >w<''

Not sure if anyone has answered this, but can anyone identify all five plants that were used for the snakes? Obviously one seems to just be a typical cactus, one is some kind of succulent, but.. what about the others?
