Halloween Event Discussion Thread

As an artist I refrain myself as much as possible from editing monthly pets. I love the challenge of having to come up with something unique, special looking without really relying on any line edits. With this I think that when events come, my inner line editing monster finally gets unleashed and makes me go wild all over the pets... and things like the cockatrices happen X'D.

I'm not seeing it, myself. Again we have always gotten cool line edits in events--check the archives if you don't believe me--and the only thing really different about this year's Halloween is how many pets we got. They've been slowly driving up the number of pets they release each holiday this year though, so even that isn't anything to get excited about.

Event pets are special just like store pets. We don't get things like this in our regular adopts. I don't think we need to worry about any type of pet losing its shiny top coat of specialness.

I agree we have, but still not so many, just few things like a smile, bow, wings, something glowing around the pet, etc. I adore this Halloween's pets but this is not that feeling :3 Maybe I'm the only who feel it
Anyway, I don't want to quarrel, so just ignore me ^^

Nah I'm not trying to start one either. I guess if you feel that way I can't change your mind...but you might not be as alone as you think. On a site this big there are plenty of differing opinions.

Then i think we should thank all artists here that they let there inner beeing unleashed for those Special days
and the cockatrices are such a great and strangly cute art work^^ I think that most Event but also most normal month pets are great...but the headless dog was just to scary and sad,...and the Story behind the fungus pets...you always learn something new^^
