Yeah, it's pretty standard across the Internet now for everything to line up with just one timezone (usually the server's timezone). The most common timezones that I've seen on English sites/games are UTC+0/GMT (probably common worldwide) and PST/PDT (California time and moves with DST, what a pain--and it shortchanges people on the East Coast :U I swear half of all [English] games ever run on PST/PDT... woes of the East Coast)

Gonna try my hand at guessing these, hmm. I never, ever know how to tell which is Prancer and which is Dasher, really.
