if my memory serves me right, your pet could be a coontail or a non-coon. when the rares list was still followed, they were both very very high up on the main list. seventh row from the top for the coontail! the pink dog they're offering is the striped september from the september list, tier 5, and the other is from the advent list, tier seven. all lists have been discontinued, so it's your choice whether to follow them or not. personally, i think that it's close to fair, because the new UR would have been on the main list. i'd say it's your choice!

i have no idea about the worth of the faeries, so i'd highly recommend a second opinion. you have a zodiac dog (obviously), which i'm pretty sure is an '09 rare. zodiacs typically go for more than that, though. i'd say this trade is okay. there's a whole set of store pets and some c$, but a lot of people are on the hunt for their zodiac sign and will overpay for it!
