This outcome is one of the three UR pets that was released for December 18th this year, which is why it is noted in the archives under "Special Releases"! ^^
Some users have noted a similarity between this outcome and the generally released dragon litter, so it is best that users be cautious when trading away this outcome if they happen to have it to make sure they are participating in a fair trade.

The UR dragon was made by Simon, but I can't remember who made the advent litter. I don't think it was the same artist though.

The only one that isn't an outcome but looks similar is the pps dragon. Thats the new UR
