The staff litter dog is Sorren Fey 's from 2009 (more info here) and as far as I know, doesn't have any particular demand so would go for the 3 month rule?
The purple toxic is worth about 0.5 nons (here), which is 50-75 '09 rares. The warriors are technically worth the 3 month rule, but because of demand can go for up to 2-3 '09 rares each (depending on how you view them), which would make the purple toxic worth approximately 25 warriors? Other (more valuable) sitting cats can be found here I hope this helps!

The purple mane is worth the same as any other '09 very rare, which according to this thread:

A 2009 rare/very rare is worth around 35-55C$

obviously probably on the higher end, as a very rare pet, and this varies with demand! I hope this helps!

I can't find anything specific on either, so I would say they are both worth the 3 month rule? Although iirc the 2nd gen dog is an extended release and is actually worth an '09 rare - it's called the Bobtailed Black 2nd Gen?
As for C$ values, this thread says the following:
