I seem to be getting a lot of ghosts lately. The last...3 times straight I've gotten the different sized ghosts.
Question - does what you get in any way depend on where abouts in the forum you got it from? All the times that I've searched the member lists I've gotten a ghost.

No, pretty sure that you have the same chance of getting candy on each page. The ghosts are twoce as rare though. It's been happening to me too.

Does the limit count to how many you've collected or used?

i think it is the total number of candies you have collected of the banners.

i am now trying to make some trades so i can exchange my last candies.

What I'm mad about though, is that I went and collected a candy right, well I accidentally clicked a few times and all that because usually I do, and I go to check and I'm like "Oh, did I get another lollipop?" and I check this list I have next to me of everything I have currently (I put a tally for everything I get) and I already had 4 tallies. I didn't get a candy! And now I have to wait! D: This blows! >__<

You propably got a ghost item.
