Has anyone else's blue candy cane dog seemingly skipped the puppy phase? I have one thats still in its blanket and seemed to never grow. Could mine be glitched out or is there a fourth outcome?

I noticed that too when It grew then again I haven't really been paying attention to watching them grow as much as I usually do
