It really depends on your Time Zone. Rollover is morning time for me, so I have time to head over to the trades thread and make a few offers. if i don't get it, I have plenty of time in the evening to keep trying. It isn't usually too hard to get a missing outcome unless it is cray popular or expected to be uncommon/rare like Zebras.

It's been really difficult to get it, at this point I'm hoping that I'll get one when they release the last-day or so presents that give you "extra" things from the event

Time zones really has nothing to do with it. If I miss an outcome I have all the time in the world to get it. I have today, tomorrow, next week, next year etc. You don't need to get everything the day it's released after all =P
