Sorry for the multiple questions; has anyone worked out how many of each token you need to get every outcome (if you somehow got each one first try)? I've not been spending mine and I'm wondering how close I am to getting a full collection if I swap with others

By my maths:

Pets only: 122 mail (INCLUDING 31 ingots 1:1), 23 beverages, 1 love letter
Items only: 3 mail (3 ingots 1:1)
Total: 125 mail (34 ingots), 23 beverages, 1 love letter

Does anyone know if you can get more than one love letter? I want to trade it in to get Flux and Major but I'm nervous I won't get another love letter. Is it possible to get more than one?

Apologies, I'm not sure if this goes here but..I'm a bit confused...

I am going to try to explain this the best I can, but if it sounds confusing, I'm sorry.

So, I adopted the brown horse first. And with that adoption, I only got one. No big deal.

I adopted the pony one after that, and with the availability to adopt 4 at once. However...I got 3 of the same brown horses as the previous adoption that only handed out 1, and then one pony.

Is...this supposed to happen or?
