I'm a bit paranoid about the whole slumber party at the mayor's house thing. I understand different timezones, but what about inactive accounts?
Its the only part of the event that is puzzling me.

What do you mean? It's just a way to keep track of all the pets wearing the new items.

Not literally every pet has to wear PJs. that would be impossible. It's probably a goal like say: 25,000 pets have to wear PJs.

Where do the rat plushness come from? The banners?

Oh, wow! When I heard the event was on, I got here as quickly as possible, but I didn't a Summer Sleepover theme. Neat!

How do you enter pets into the slumber party at the mayors house?
