Are the UR always OMGSR? Or can they be a rare or a very rare?

They can be VR! ^^
OMGSR can turn into VR after this year's release tonight, even tess said so ^^

yep, everything becomes slightly less rare when we do this. Some pets might have a change in rarity label!

Yeah! More pets get put more into circulation, so yep!
It might be complicated to keep track of how many pets are in circulation, so I salute you and your staff's hard work when it comes to figuring out rarities ^^

while it's not impossible, I see it not likely happening. Every year it's a new fruit/veggie. ex. Apple, pineapple, grapes, cucumber, etc.
