That picture everyone knows of as a blobfish looks like that because it's been taken out of high water pressure.

For all numbers except 1, the wording is somewhat accurate (e.g. "at least 16 minutes" means you need to wait anywhere from 16:00 to 16:59)

But 1 shows up for 1 and 0--i.e. "at least 1 minute" = anywhere from 00:01 to 1:59

And when it does say 0, it means you can refresh the next second because you're at 00:00 exactly

Not sure how to concisely explain this lol can someone else explain this?
