I hope we get another tree pet I have 2 idk how many there was though but I love the tree pets I think they are just something fun

Edit: I have two of the 3 tree pets still working on trying to get the tree from 2009 so I can have a full set of those

I may just be dumb but what are exactly tree pets? Or are they just pets that look like trees^^;;

they are based on yule goats, which are typically bushels of straw wrapped in ribbon to look like a goat

I think they're talking about the actual tree pets, like the ones we've gotten in past years' advent calendars.

Just wanted to tack-on to what you said, but these tree pets were released as 1 tree per account for adoption limit (or at least the 2012 and 2016 ones to my knowledge as I've only been around since Dec 2010), they were also generally released with a gift box that would contain an item set to compliment/go with them which was either that day or it was later in the month when they had grown up, here's my 2012 tree for example:

As you see, it has extra boughs, but all of the ornaments (minus the candy canes and the tree topper) and the garland were part of the set meant to go with the tree. So as a collection item, this one would be relatively more challenging to have "the whole tree" because you'd also have to trade for and/or grab from the Lost & Found all the boughs, garland, and ornaments.
The 2016 tree I think just got garland/tinsel? Maybe some ornaments? I honestly don't remember for some reason, but it doesn't help that if it did, they don't have a "Christmas Tree 2016" set tab when you go to dress them up. XD

Anyway, enough with the CS history lesson lol
I enjoy watching the trees grow from small little saplings into nice big healthy trees, I love both of my tree pets and I would also love to see there possibly be another one.
They are super fun pets though! I really enjoy getting to decorate them ♥
