The Dice PPS first turned very rare in August 2010 x - by purely rarity, the pet would be a fair swap for other pets which turned very rare at a similar time including the Pink Striped September, the Purple Batdog, and the Tinsel Tess Horse x. Given how early the pet turned very rare (~7 months before many of the MA/former t7 dogs turned very rare), the pet would generally be valued around 2 MAs.
For those who follow the Condensed Rarity List, the pet is listed as a Mid-September x.
These values are reflected in the shared successful trades for the pet, though the evidence is limited - successful trades show the pet fetching between 1-2 MAs with consistency, with outlying trades at higher values x.

The Boar PPS first turned very rare in March 2011 x - this is the same time as many of the former t7 dogs which are considered the baseline for MA value pets x. By purely rarity, the pet should be worth ~1 MA or 6-9 '09 rares. For those who follow the Condensed Rarity List, this pet is listed as a MA x.
Successful trades for this outcome suggest that it does fetch ~1 MA in actual trades x ^^

Aside from the Boar PPS, the pets in your "Pets without a Group" are all worth the three month rule. The Yellow Rainbow Horse turned very rare in the 2019 rarity update x, so it would generally fetch the three month rule or 2 '09 rares.
