Ahaha yeh I was hoping to get the last of the items and pets I need, and to hunt for more tokens, but the site has been chugging the last day or so.

Regardless, I was able to sell a good chunk of my tokens for C$, but I definitely do think it was a bit harder this year.

I am thankful for all the really cute dwarf hamsters!! They're some of my favourites!

How do I get eggs?

Every 20 minutes there will be a banner at the bottom of each page. When you click it, it will give you an egg. I highly suggest opening a page like "The Pound" and continually making new tabs for it, and checking. By refreshing you will put more strain on the server. As well there will never be eggs on your "My Posts" page.

just quoting this bc the CS servers seemed to be going through a huge lag spike, and I'm going to suspect people trying to get their last eggs this way to be the reason. Maybe I'm wrong, or its just my internet, but it was only CS that wasn't working for me. I'm also pretty annoyed because I almost lost an oekaki I was working on because of this.

like guys if any of you are doing this please stop bc I'm 90% sure this is what is causing the site to nearly timeout?? I thought it was safe to start my oekaki again but now I'm struggling in a desperate attempt to save it before the site crashes??

Oh man this was a very bad year for me. I clicked a banner only 30 times. But I got one of the sleeping deer with the flower. They are my favorites from this event.
