Question: If during the period you activate the double hunt you find a banner pup, is that all you gonna find and no other item or pet? Because I just run into a pup while I had my double hunt on and the banner only gave me that...

While you're in the middle of your double hunt, you can always find a banner pup or non-token item (though you won't get two at once if you do), and can still find tokens as well. ^_^ You'll still be able to find other things if you did get a banner pup.

I pretty much just clicked a banner and it was at like 18 mins left, then I activated my double banner, and it reset and gave me another banner as soon as I went to home?

I feel like I am having quite a lot of luck this Halloween...
Today I found my 3rd Banner Pup (all 3 I won I found) plus with the Hamsters, I have adopted about 6 or 7 so far and all except one where the bee outcome (which is my favourite because I love bees ^.^)

Who else is having a good Halloween this year? <3
