A banner will show up every hour - you'll find either a rat (2 different kinds) or a cat

A forest clearing prize will be available every half hour - you'll find everything else in there.

On the front page is a link to the fair, there are many places to go in the fair and get free, and not free items. The forest is one of these places. The banner will appear randomly at the bottom of a page, much like during easter and halloween and also give free items/pets.
