How do you get the animal fur decor? Like the fox tail, antlers, ect?

From Notker, there are new ones available each day. If you missed some, sometimes with events extras will be released near the end of the event, but otherwise you'll have to trade for them.

I'd like to put them together in a pet group and I want to make sure I'm not mistaking them for a unicorn in deer lines hehe

They are in fact just edited deer lines!

We won’t know until around 2-3 days before (and even after it ends we always, as far as I can recall, have a couple days to trade in tokens). Summer events generally last ~10-15 days.
