I'm so excited, haven't got any high demand pets so hoping they may be wanted alot by everyone

There's only one stage for the Cerberus (and Sleipnir, for that matter). All of the pets from the 50-adopt box are growing.

That being said, I would still love to see them available again for any reason

Oh yes, I think Lufik was just mentioning that it would be nice to see that in the future. =)

So I just realized something about the malk linearts being used for the massive litter:

These dont have Malks signature on them, which makes complete sense; she's retired and Malk's lines are and can be used by staff in her absence:


But these do...


I can't quite believe Malk would have time to create more pets-even though that'd be awesome for the 10th year CS Birthday Celebration <3 but how then does 1/4 crates-the same lines-have the signature? And before someone suggests they might have had trouble removing it, take the spider egg-we had a spider litter of 2 for halloween last year that had all the stages, those were created by Tess so they of course didn't have the Malk signature.

Or it could just be they wanted to pay a tribute to her and left the signature on the images.

Either way, I can't wait to see how they turn out (: I nearly passed out when I saw the 50 limit on the litter adopt page!

Oh wow! How did I not notice this? Now I'm off to the archive to see if there are any other Malk lines by other artists that had the Malk signature.

My findings:
In short, after 2013, none of the Malk lines that I saw had her signature. However there were a lot before 2013 that did and were colored by other artists. Here is the complete list for anyone interested (sorry, this is lengthy):

Malk retired in 2012 and my guess is that her signature retired with her. Which is why it is interesting that it has popped up on a few of these birthday pets, especially the dog/fox/cat/wolf crate, since the other three don't have it. It could just be up to the artist whether they leave it on or not, I don't know. But I can secretly hope that maybe Malk found some time to create a few pets. Either way, I am really excited to find out the artists of each pet in this litter and even more excited to see how they turn out!

Malk pets only have the Malk tag when they are a regular adopt, which they aren’t anymore. Malk pets are almost always released as special because they are retired as regular adopts. The new Malks have the Malk tag because none of the pets released have a special ‘10 birthday tag.

Malk pets still have a Malk tag because Malk did the lineart and retiring doesn’t change that. Just like Yulynh horses and ponies have her stamp even though various CS artists do equine adopts using her lines.

To clarify, the Malk tag and Yulynh tags are for who did the lineart.

That’s very interesting. Looks like the owl, koi, spider, dragon, horse, and 1/4 crates have Malks tag.

That leaves the betta and three crates I think. I don’t want to say its a mistake, but that’s what it looks like. The lineart stamp is not who did the design. Malk hasn’t done any pets since 2013. I hope that doesn’t mean that that is not a betta, and three crates aren’t malks. But seeing as malk did the egg and cage lines they should say Malk.

Also, use equimagine as an example. When the horses and ponies were transferred to Yulynh’s lines they got Yulynh’s tag. That is the lineart tag. So I think someone may have messed up. x3

And even if Malk were one of the artists in this batch (which I doubt) I don’t think they would have gotten to do that many pets (the ones with their tag).
