from the golf course. you have to spend one resort token to get them, and it's random if you get one or not. <3

so i think i understand how the macaw outcomes work,,
but is there a definite way of knowing what you'll get?? i keep seeing "day 3-4" and i'm wondering if you get certain macaws on certain days or if you get them in order
i might look dumb but i'm still a bit confused

Most likely yes. Not sure if you know this, so just in case you don't: =_= is a face, where the equals signs are eyes with eyebags and the underscore is a mouth. It usually conveys something like "I'm too tired to deal with this annoying stuff"

You have to get second or third place in the duck races at the pool to get plushies. You get two for coming in second and one for third. First place gets you a parrot or toucan pony.
