At the boutique you can trade in one piece of help or rope and two shells for them.

You have to trade in tokens for them in Barnacle Boutique.

If you trade in a few items at the boutique, you can get one of four outcomes. It's randomly chosen, but they're all adorable.

Well, for one, if you wait until the end you'll know exactly what's available and there won't be any guessing or confusion on how many outcomes or items there are for a specific trade in. You won't have to worry as much about not having enough tokens because you get the chance to stock up a lot.
