soo what pets are we suspecting to be rare from this event?

Any pets that are usually in low demand, I don't think many people like the unicorn as it's a horse and horses tend to be undermined. However Ido think that the crocodile ponies will be uncommon as everyone seems to love them, maybe even common with one being uncommon.

Last year almost all token trade in mystery boxes turned rare, except for the a very popular litter of dogs. This means this year most token trade in mystery box pets will be rare, however the foxes (and possibly owls?) were reasonably popular so they have a good chance of being uncommon. The pones, horses, bunnies, butterfly wolves, bats and werecats should all be rare but may have interspersed uncommons (that may turn rare later as did a dog from last year)
Other than that, the token trade in bog cat and mummy dog should definitely be not rare, the sharp horse (idk what to call it) and the card cat have a better chance but may be uncommon.
Don’t think any free pets will turn rare.
Banner rats should be uncommon, dragon may have chance of being rare.

In previous events I've also found that token releases from later on in the event generally tended towards being rarer than those released at the start. Maybe because they're up on the page for fewer days. I've always tried to grab the more popular later releases!

Aaa my current 2022 halloween hoards! really really love these specific pets this year!

I expect the token bats (particularly the last growth and the day 1 pin growth), token buns, token unicorn and banner dragon will be rare. Maybe-rares would be the PPS snakes, blue snake, blue lion, token foxes, token lykoi cats, token bog cat, and the token horses, but I would not be surprised if they were uncommon and demand is just misleading me. The bog cat particularly is on the line, since it requires RNG to get the right tokens for it and people were struggling for those for awhile, but given how it really does look like a store pet I could see people grabbing as many as they could just because it's so gorgeous!

My guestimates for rarities are:

Banner rats, both uncommon. Banner dragon, probably rare maybe just uncommon.

Free stuff, uncommon at best. Most of them common and some even very common.

Token stuff:
-Butterfly wolves from day one will likely be rare. Don't see that much hype for those and butters aren't the most popular species.
-Lykois from day two has a good chance to become uncommon but could also be rare. They were pretty popular when they were released but have probably been out-hyped by other stuff.
- Bog cat, uncommon. Don't see that one becomming rare at all. It's a single outcome release and it's VERY popular.
- Owls will likely be rare but could also become uncommon. Pretty popular set but not the most hyped.
- Unicorn from day five. Really unsure about this one. It's a single outcome release but I have no clue how popular it is. 50/50 of becomming rare or uncommon. If I HAD to chose, I'd say rare.
- Token bats. Rare for sure. They're popular but token bats almost always turn rare if my memory serves me right. There's a bunch of outcomes and they grow throughout a few days which makes people unsure on how many to adopt. And that usually results in rares.
- Mummy dog and card cat. They're in the same boat as the unicorn. So 50/50 on rare/uncommon.
- Bunnies from day 8. Rare but I can totally see them become uncommon too. They're pretty popular.
- Horses from day 9. No doubt about rare. They're horses. Not a shadow of doubt they turn rare!
- Croc ponies. Rare. Again, ponies. Yeah they were pretty popular but not enough to become uncommon.
- Foxes from day 10. Not sure how popular these guys are. Could be rare but if they're popular enough maybe uncommon.

A general rule is if it's popular it'll be uncommon if it's not popular it'll be rare. The more of a pet is adopted the less rare it'll be! :)

How many banner dragons even are there? I have never had auch an issue getting a banner pet before, and I see basically everyone on the trade thread asking for it. Are there just that many new people this event?

I can see why it is so popular because of the design but I haven't seen nearly as much. Is that just me?
