Could someone show me how to use the circus items called 'fascinators' ? Is it for the pets to hold in their paws or... what? Not sure how to use those.

Mainly they are designed to be a headpiece, however you can simply attach them anywhere you want as a decoration. They look quite nice as tail decorations on equines or as an extra hat decoration on hats, in example.

I'm having an issue where the Halloween event page isn't loading up for me, its only loading the stamps but other than that its mostly empty except for text, I have a lot of items still left to trade in so this is really concerning me!

Sorry, but yesterday was the last day to trade in your tokens :(
We had a timer on the event page that counted down how much time was left, but we usually only give people three days after the banner hunt ends.
The event ended an hour ago.
