What are banner limitations? I have been seeing everyone post about them but I have no clue .-.

It's the amount of banners you can click to receive tokens during one event. It does not include the kelp forest. The current limit is at 300.

It's referring to a 'Banner Counter' I believe a banner counter shows you how many you have clicked. A limit is separate from that.
