That's what I was originally gonna do, and then my little detective brain said no, so now im thinking of who could do it and the people who should be ruled out
Little thing to do with the thread, also, the update for the event includes Lock Tess monsters? So either is a coincidence orrrr... There's something to do with that

Lol, i will not be surprised if that's me tomorrow morning. I always do love a good mystery, i just need time to read through all this and figure it out.
Ooh that could totally be a clue!!!

Do you recognize these "two high quality crystal rhinestone" we found near the fire watchtowerOh yes! Andrea had some like that when she was making a gift for Cirrus. I think she wanted Cirrus to have a heart necklace that matched hers, but Cirrus like fancy things!

1. Animals are appearing at higher frequency. Their designs are also more fantasy-based.
2. Andrea is upset, probably because Cirrus is her best friend. They signed with one another the day before the disappearance, so may have also gotten into an argument.LakesideGlampgrounds:
1. Two missing rhinestones in the underbrush. Cirrus is probably their owner.
2. Purple permanent marker, discarded.
3. Cirrus’s things have been rifled through, and her name on the bag uses the same permanent marker on it.
4. Thermals show a figure with an odd walk coming into the glampgrounds and escorting a second figure out. The second figure is Cirrus. The first figure is possibly our perp.
5. String lights were taken from glampground and found in HQ, delivered via owl.
6. Cirrus knows how to make a fire.
Lake:
1. A canoe named FINTASTIC, docked. As multiple cabins mentioned it and found it funny, it probably wasn’t there before the disappearance (otherwise it wouldn’t have stood out).
2. Loch Tess monster as an adopt.
3. Broken fish scales.
4. A broken sign saying “Loch Tess.”
5. Cirrus’s bracelet on the far edge of the lake. It’s a purple string.
6. A large, dark shadow in the water.
7. Something with the ability to grab tried to drown a Berry Cabin member.
Firewatch Tower/Woods:
1. Abandoned rope and rusty spoon by the tower.
2. Seraphine’s orange fur on trail sign.
3. Trail sign by raspberries had been tampered with to point the wrong way.
4. Magnetic anomaly, compass went on the fritz.
5. A fire could be seen by a cave mouth far in the distance. This probably was not Seraphine, as they never mentioned staying in a cave for the night. This was probably Cirrus or her kidnapper. It’s our best clue so far as to where she went.
Ranger Station:
1. As others have stated, Mason is sus. He wants to prove to Seraphine, the newbie, that cryptids are real, and he suggested they try a new trail by the raspberries… right where the sign indicates the wrong direction.
2. He seems a bit irritated by the glampers.
3. As far as I’m aware, he doesn’t walk oddly or with a limp.
4. He claims there have been strange footprints and crazy antlers in the woods.
5. He claims there is a cryptid in the lake. Based on other evidence, he isn’t lying about this.
6. He has confiscated the broken string lights (probably the same lights as Glampgrounds clue 5)
7. He believes that Seraphine is very capable and can handle themselves. He might not think the same of Cirrus.
Edit: There seems to be a lack of footprints as evidence. Either no one was looking for them, or Cirrus didn’t leave on foot. I’m guessing she made a lake crossing. It would be hard to track individual footprints in the well-traveled areas, but they would be more obvious in the less-traveled parts of camp and in the woods.

For many years, scientists studied the cave--from its giant waterfall to its glowing mushrooms--without discovering its secrets. Then, one day, there was a collapse! All of the rocks in one part of the cave crashed to the ground, and those in the cave traveled through to find the rumored crystals a mysterious land where a civilization had lived in a cold pocket for thousands of years. It is rumored that those explorers even found a way to travel through time and found proof of ancient animals. They weren't supposed to bring anything back, but I think they might have. Late at night, you can sometimes hear strange noises in the woods, and I've heard tales of strange beasts that don't look like any animal we know...""
