Trade 4 looks to me like you are over paying because u have 2 OMGSR, trade 5 looks okay. I think the zebra has a higher demand than their bunny though, but generally it looks fair to me

if you're planning on keeping the rat because its a dreamie of yours I don't think this trade is too bad. Although if you're planning on trading the rat later on, I would advise you to keep the dragon as rats don't really have a great reputation within trades.
